WARNING T-MOBILE RIPPED ME OFF!!! - I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT THEIR NOW DOING!!

WARNING T-MOBILE RIPPED ME OFF!!! I bought a NEW phone that was bad immediately after buying it and then they sent me 3 bad REFURBISHED replacements... I sent them all back in time and now they want me to pay $343.40 for a phone that was sent back on time and their making a mistake with there records. Their stateing it was late but it has a previous sent date on the records and that I was late returning it when I wasn't, therefore I need to pay them a late fee of $343.40. I have my records to prove it was sent back on time... But they will not except this thru their new overseas TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! What is even worse is I was told by U.S.A., T-Mobile employees that T-Mobile would ALWAYS keep their customer service IN THE U.S.A., ALWAYS, and now their customer service is out of the U.S.A. and their new (HORRIBLE) customer service will not help me and they are telling me I have to pay this money I am not owing T-Mobile!! I will be going to the News Networks with these issues to exploit that T-Mobile is no longer helping their clients and is trying to RIP THEM OFF!! I ONCE RAVED OVER T-MOBILES CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOW IT IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE, AND T-MOBILE IS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF!!
