The word “pride” has many meanings, but let’s use this definition: pleasure or satisfaction taken in something done by or belonging to oneself. There are few feelings that are as powerful as pride. Being proud seems to increase your sense of contentment, value and overall wellness. With that as our foundation today, I ask you to think about what you’re most proud of in life.
You could take great joy in something you’ve said or done. Forget about past mistakes and focus on something that gives you a feeling of accomplishment. This is a very valuable introspective activity that just may brighten your day.
