If there’s something that everyone wants more of, it’s time – with our families, friends, or even just a little more time for ourselves. Working out a few times a week can seem like a huge chunk of time you can’t sacrifice, but I think you can make the time to reach your fitness goals. Let go of the idea that achieving your best body ever is going to take you a lot of time. You don’t have to spend hours and hours at the gym. You can get results by spending just 20 minutes twice a week on strength-training workouts.
Do a variety of core exercises 2-3 times a week, and be sure to exercise each muscle group only once a week. By creating new lean muscle, you'll look younger and more toned, but most important, you'll rev up your metabolism. Start building lean muscle today, and you’ll have a bikini-ready body by summer!
