You may have heard that eating cheese can help you lose weight since it's high in calcium and protein and fills you up. But is this claim true?
Unfortunately, no. Full-fat cheeses are high in calories—even one slice can have 100 calories—so indulging in too much won't do any favors for your waistline. Instead, stick to low-fat or nonfat cheeses for the cheesy taste you crave without any of the guilt.
