When the munchies hit this summer, be ready with your secret weapon—strawberries. A half-cup serving of these berries adds up to 70 percent of your daily vitamin C needs, plus they contain filling fiber and free-radical-fighting antioxidants.

One word of warning: Sadly, strawberries are often blasted with pesticides and fungicides unless they are grown organically. So splurge on the naturally raised ones if you can.
