Today I would like to discuss a critical element to living a wellness-oriented life. That issue is called balance. Even though balance has many definitions, the meaning that I’m interested in today relates to human stability. This kind of balance is defined as mental and emotional steadiness. To have balance means that you employ a counterbalancing weight, force, or influence in your life.
For example, a balance of work and play is good for your mental and emotional self. Too much of one or the other can create problems in your work and/or your personal life. So today I only ask that you consider how balanced your life is. If you find yourself out of balance, I suggest you begin to rectify that. Those that find peace of mind, love of life and wellness are often the very same people who have mastered life’s balancing act!
