Don't Eat at Night for a Flatter Belly

Do you often eat late at night – but end up feeling bloated in the morning? If you want your stomach to look flatter when you wake up, try to leave at least three hours between when you eat your last meal and when you go to bed.

Why? Because eating closer to bed can lead to not digesting your food properly, which can cause morning gas and cramps. To help make your stomach even flatter, choose easy-to-digest foods like grilled chicken, nuts and fruit – and stay away from fast food if you can.
