If you're choosing between carrot and orange juice, go with the carrot. Orange juice has 20 grams of sugar per cup, whereas carrot juice has 14, which is still on the high side. An even better choice? Try eating good old-fashioned fruits and veggies instead of the juice.
"A single cup of juice is made from numerous pieces of produce. It's inevitably much higher in fructose, which is sugar from fruit and vegetables. Plus, it lacks the fiber that fruit and veggies contain."
