3 Best and 3 Worst Fast Food Breakfast Picks

Although we all know it's healthiest to eat a good breakfast in the morning, there are days when we just don't have time to whip up anything to eat at home. Here's our guide to the best—and worst—choices when time and hunger are of the essence:

Starbucks Turkey Bacon with Egg Whites on an English Muffin or Egg White Spinach Feta Wrap?

The better choice: The wrap. Although it has more fat than the turkey bacon muffin, it also has more fiber, which will help rev up your metabolism and keep you full.

Dunkin' Donuts Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese or Glazed Doughnut?

The better choice: The doughnut. Okay, we didn't say the doughnut was a great breakfast pick, but it's the better choice of the two—the bagel has more calories, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol and sodium.

Au Bon Pain Egg, Broccoli and Swiss Sandwich or Large Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal?

The better choice: The oatmeal. It has way more fiber than the sandwich—nine grams versus two grams—and is much lower in sodium and saturated fat.
