With the start of the new year, you might have made resolutions to change some of your unhealthier habits to help you shed excess pounds. But if one of those resolutions is to not give in to any junk food cravings, you may want to rethink that vow.
Why? If we restrict ourselves too much, we may end up overeating later. Instead, permit yourself to indulge in 100 calories of a food you're craving-like a piece of chocolate or a few french fries-and you'll be much less likely to backslide on the rest of your healthy eating plan!
