Should You Avoid Energy Drinks?

Energy drinks can definitely give you a boost during your day or before or during a workout. But their high caffeine content can be a worry—especially if you don't eat enough to give the body food it can break down for fuel.

Instead, try a skim latte. You'll get a burst of caffeine along with protein that will help fill you up and keep you from crashing later.
