Using sugar to stay awake can lead to a blood-sugar crash that then makes you crave sugar even more—a vicious cycle. What can you to do to fight it? Teitelbaum suggests sleeping more, getting some exercise, eating better and limiting your sugar intake to one small item a day to help curb your cravings.
