Fruit That Fills You Up

If you're looking for a snack that's easy, portable and healthy, why not try the kiwi? Not only is it the perfect portion size, but it's also only 46 calories per kiwi, and the fiber and water keep you full, so you won't overindulge.

Kiwis are an excellent source of vitamin C (they have more than the same-size orange!) and a good source of vitamin E.
