Try These Tasty, Healthy Fries

If you're craving french fries but are aiming to eat healthier foods, try sweet potato fries instead. They're a great source of potassium, which helps with bone health, and they're easy to bake into a terrific-tasting treat.

Just cut the sweet potatoes into half-inch-thick strips. Toss them with olive oil, cinnamon and nutmeg, and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes. Voila! Healthy and delicious fries that will have you wanting to eat your veggies.
